For individual cards, product descriptions and photographs should be reviewed carefully before purchase. Unless specifically stated otherwise, we do not guarantee a card's grading outcome, future market value, or eligibility for a particular grading service.9. Mystery, Randomized, or Surprise Products If a product is described as randomized, mystery, surprise, or otherwise containing an unknown item, the specific contents are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in the product description. Any stated odds, tiers, product pools, or possible outcomes will be described on the applicable product page when applicable. Purchasing a randomized product does not guarantee that you will receive a particular card, set, rarity, or item unless the product description expressly guarantees it.10.
